**Was auf Dich zukommt**:
- Als Project Director und Teil eines Teams von lokalen und internationalen Project Managern leitest und wickelst du Projekte eigenständig ab
- Dabeiführst duKund:innen und Etats unterschiedlicher Bereiche (Brand Marketing, HealthCare o.ä.) und baust Kunden-Accounts in enger Abstimmung mit dem Client Management kontinuierlich aus
- Dusteuerst komplexe, integrierte Kampagnen (Social Media, Web, Print, etc.) und verantwortestden reibungslosen Projektablauf
- Du bist leidenschaftlicher Project Manager mit großer Affinität zu Prozesstrukturen und zentrale Schnittstille für crossfunktionale Teams auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene innerhalb unseres globalen Netzwerks
- Du erstellst und überwachst Kostenvoranschläge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Units und Finance Managern und koordinierst das Einholen der Freigaben
- Budget-/Forecastplanung und Controlling sind ein fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeit sowie die effiziente Ressourcenplanung, das Projektreporting und das Qualitätsmanagement
- Du überwachst die Etat-Performacemithilfe von Dashboards anhand vorgegebener KPIs und erarbeitest Optimierungsvorschläge zusammen mit deinem Client Lead
- Du leitest Projektmanager:innen innerhalb der Projektteams an
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du konntest mind. 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im klassischen und/oder digitalen Agenturumfeld mit Fokus auf HealthCare (OTC, RX, Medizinprodukte) sammeln
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Teamentwicklung und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu strategischem, konzeptionellem und proaktivem Denken
- Du bestichst mit einer hohen Entscheidungs
- und Durchsetzungskompetenz
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu setzen, wobei dir dein starkes Organisationgeschick mit viel Liebe zum Detail sowie deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zugutekommen
- Du zeigst hervorragende Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kommunizierst dabei sehr sicher auf englisch sowie deutsch
