**DAS BRINGT DER JOB**
- Leitung und Management des Bereichs Global Talent Deployment - eine End-to-End-Funktion innerhalb der Talentgewinnung (Personalplanung, Ressourcenmanagement und Talentakquisition).
- Leitung und Management verschiedener Teams für die rechtzeitige und zielgerichtete Bereitstellung von Projektmitarbeitern in unseren Projekten.
- Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für den Bereich (Kosten, KPIs) und Erreichung der Ergebnisse.
- Erfolgreiche Umsetzung des neuen Zielbetriebsmodells, der Tools und des Prozesses für Global Talent Deployment.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Talent Deployment Lead und dem Talent Acquisition Lead, um sicherzustellen, dass bewährte Verfahren und globale Initiativen vollständig umgesetzt werden.
- Verantwortung für die Verwaltung der Beziehungen zu Procurement in Deutschland, um die rechtzeitige Besetzung kritischer Positionen zu gewährleisten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Engineering Units in Deutschland und den angeschlossenen Engineering-Centern der GBL bei der Priorisierung der Bedarfe.
- Neben der Führung und Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden gehören auch die Etablierung und Digitalisierung von relevanten Prozessen sowie die Budgetplanung und -Steuerung zu deinen Aufgaben.

**DAS BRAUCHEN WIR**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes sozial
- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise im Bereich HR oder vergleichbar, gepaart mit langjähriger Praxiserfahrung im genannten Verantwortungsbereich sowie fundierter Grundlage im allgemeinen HR Management.
- Umfangreiche Führungs
- und Betriebserfahrung (>15Jahre) in einem professionellen Dienstleistungsumfeld.
- Verständnis für ein globales, komplexes Umfeld sowie eine sich entwickelnde, strukturierte Organisation, Fähigkeit zur Abstimmung und Einhaltung der globalen und lokalen Managementanforderungen.
- Fähigkeit, in einem international verteilten Bereitstellungsumfeld zu arbeiten.
- Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Bewusstsein, Entwicklung neuer Arbeitsweisen, kosteneffiziente und effektive Arbeitsmethoden.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Beziehungen, Kommunikation und Einflussnahme.
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche, schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit zur Interaktion in einem interkulturellen Umfeld, insbesondere mit indischen und europäischen Kulturen
- Selbstmotivierte, enthusiastische Person, die in der Lage ist, auf allen Ebenen zu kommunizieren, zu inspirieren und zu motivieren.
- Leidenschaft für die Umsetzung von Veränderungen und Innovationen.

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, vor allem Word, Excel und Power Point.
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
