Das Center of Excellence (CoE) Projekt Management stellt Fähigkeiten und Know-how zum Thema Projekt Management für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten der externen sowie internen Auftraggeber zur Verfügung. Das CoE PM verantwortet den Wissenstransfer der Mitarbeiter*innen und die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter*innen innerhalb eines speziellen Projekt Management Anwendungsbereichs und fördert im Besonderen effiziente Arbeitsmethoden und gleiche Arbeitsweisen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortliche Leitung, Koordination, Planung und Durchführung komplexer Projekte von der Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in neue und bestehende IT Prozesse bzw. Lösungen und deren fachliche Begleitung
- Steuerung der Projektmitarbeiter und Lieferanten sowie Managen von Ziel
- und Interessenskonflikten
- Reporting und Abstimmung der Projektergebnisse mit Management, Fachbereichen und (externen) Stakeholdern
- Aufzeigen und Koordinieren von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken in der Programm
- und Projektplanung im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Projekt-Planung und -Controlling in Bezug auf Termine, Meilensteine und Abhängigkeiten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 6 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte im IT-Umfeld, inkl. Projekt Management Zertifizierung sowie Erfahrungen in der Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Erfahrung mit Projekten öffentlicher Auftraggeber, idealerweise der Bundeswehr
- Kompetenz im IT Servicemanagement von Vorteil, z.B. in der Entwicklung von IT-Services
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit (inkl. Zertifizierung ISO/IEC 27001) sowie IT-Grundschutz von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Kommunikations
- und Teamskills in Kombination mit der Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen zu treffen und umzusetzen
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Delegationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
