Die Business Unit „Complex Projects“ (BU CP) verantwortet innerhalb der Digital Business Integration die Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen Instant Messaging, Mobiles Arbeiten, Rz-Infrastruktur und Serviceprojekte Plattform sowie weitere Multiprojekte für Erweiterungen (Lösungsinkremente) im Leistungsvertrag des HERKULES-Folgeprojekts (HFP). Die Abteilung Shared Project Services (SPS) ist der BU-interne Dienstleister zur Unterstützung der Abteilungen und der Projekte bei zahlreichen querschnittlichen Themen. Die Schwerpunkte liegen dabei im Management der Lieferverpflichtungen und Abhängigkeiten sowie dem Risikomanagement und der Qualitätssicherung in den Projekten. Außerdem unterstützt ein Team bei einer Vielzahl von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Dieses Aufgabenspektrum soll zukünftig noch durch Kompetenz in Projektmethoden erweitert werden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung von Projekten in der Rolle als Experte für Effizienz des Methodeneinsatzes, (z.B. Projektmethodik, Qualitäts-, Risiko-, Lieferverpflichtungsmanagement oder Projektplanung)
- Projekteinsätze in Projekten oder Teilprojekten von der Lösungskonzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Vorbereitung von Projekt-Quality-Gates gemäß der BWI Projektmethodik
- Schnittstelle zu Querschnittsthemen u.a. Projektabhängigkeiten und Lieferverpflichtungen
- Durchführung des operativen Risiko
- und Qualitätsmanagements in Projekten
- Pflege von Risiken sowie Erarbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Mitigation von Risiken und Qualitätsproblemen
- Durchführung und laufende Kontrolle der Projektplanung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 6 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement inkl. Risikomanagment bzw. Qualitätssicherung, darin 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten oder Teilprojekten mit Verantwortung für Zeit, Kosten, Qualität
- Zertifizierung in einer Projektmethodik (z.B. IPMA, PRINCE2) sowie (wünschenswert) zum Scrum-Master
- Erfahrungen in Projekten mit agiler, hybrider und Wasserfall - Projektmethodik
- Erfahrungen mit Projekten öffentlicher Auftraggeber, z.B. Bundeswehr (von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamplayer mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise und sehr hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
