Wir suchen für die DW Akademie am Standort Bonn oder Berlin zum 1. April 2024 bzw. zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Project Associate (w/m/d) Media Development, Asia and Europe befristet bis zum 31. Dezember 2024.

UNSER ANGEBOT
Unterstützung des Projektteams bei der Durchführung der Projekte „Space for Freedom“ (Projektlinien - Belarus und Russland) und „Baltic Media and Information Literacy“
Verwaltung von Mittelweiterleitungsverträgen, Partnerabrechnungen, Belegen, Rechnungen und anderen Projektunterlagen
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Treffen und Veranstaltungen
Logistik für Projektaktivitäten und Reisemanagement, Kommunikation mit lokalen Projektpartnern
elektronische Datenarchivierung und Pflege des Wissensmanagementsystems des Projektteams
Unterstützung des Projektteams in Fragen des Finanzcontrollings und anderer projektbezogener Aufgaben
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich
Erfahrung in der administrativen Abwicklung von Projekten, vorzugsweise im Kontext von entwicklungspolitischen Projekten und/oder Medienprojekten
Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit mit Projektpartnern wünschenswert
gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, Russischkenntnisse von Vorteil
