Your tasks

Der Head of People Engagement (m/w/divers) ist für die Leitung der globalen Kommunikation des Unternehmensbereichs Automotive gegenüber Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten im Einzelnen:
Führungsaufgaben; Events und Budget
- Disziplinarische Leitung des Teams People Engagement
- Gesamtverantwortung für interne Mitarbeiterveranstaltung auf Automotive Ebene, wie Automotive Convention, Automotive Award, Automotive Webcasts und andere Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen inkl. Steuerung eines interdisziplinären Projektteams und entsprechender Agenturen
- Steuerung verschiedener Agenturen für die jeweilige zielgerichtete Entwicklung von kanalspezifischen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Budgetverantwortung, Budgetplanung, Steuerung und Controlling des Budgets des Bereichs People Engagement und des projektbezogenen Budgets

Schnittstelle und Berater
- Hauptschnittstelle zum Intranet auf Automotive-Ebene weltweit; Mitglied des Continental Intranet Council und Mitglied des Continental Editorial Redaktionsteams als Vertreter von Gesamt-Automotive im Bereich interne Kommunikation auf Konzernebene
- Beratung aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter einschließlich der Geschäftsleitung, Projektteams und Fachabteilungen von ganz Automotive hinsichtlich interner Kommunikationskanäle und globaler Automotive-Ansprechpartner als Trusted Partner für die interne Kommunikation
- Vernetzung, Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der gesamten globalen Automotive-, Cross-BA- und Group Communications-Abteilung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Initiativleitern und funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur effektiven Formulierung von wichtigen Wachstumsstrategien und Initiativzielen

Aufgaben People Engagement
- Gesamtverantwortung über jeden der diversen internen Kanäle von Automotive
- Verantwortlich für die Steuerung der internen Kommunikation und der vielfältigen A COM Internen Kommunikationskanäle im Einklang mit der Continental Automotive Strategie und den übergeordneten Geschäftszielen von Continental Automotive
- Überwachung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Continental-Standards und Regeln zur Qualitätssicherung aller internen COM-Kanäle innerhalb von Automotive
- Nutzerzentrierte und innovative Ansprache einer Vielzahl von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern weltweit durch zielgerichtete Gestaltung der internen Kommunikationskanäle
- Durchführung und Entwicklung von konsistenten Kommunikationskonzepten und spezifischen Maßnahmen
- Bereitstellung von Automotive-weiter interner Kommunikation für kritische Themen, die das Geschäft beeinflussen können, in Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Kontinuierliche Hinterfragung und Verbesserung der internen Kommunikationskanäle sowie aktive Erfolgskontrolle
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Topic Desk Ownern

Strategie
- Bereitstellung einer konsistenten Strategie für alle globalen internen Kommunikationskanäle und die diversen Zielgruppen
- Jährliche Planung und Umsetzung der Strategie für die Kommunikationskanäle im Bereich Automotive zur Unterstützung des Mitarbeiterengagements
- Vorantreiben der People Engagement Strategie entlang der Automotive Communications Strategie und der Kanal-Strategie
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Communication Performance Analyst im Bereich Erfolgsmessung der internen Kommunikationskanäle

**Profile**:

- Akademischer Abschluss, wünschenswert in einem kommunikationsbezogenen Fach oder Abschluss in Wirtschaft oder Psychologie mit vertieften Kenntnissen über Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Kommunikationsabteilungen und im Management integrierter Kommunikationskampagnen mit Schwerpunkt der internen Kommunikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mitarbeiterzentrierter Kommunikation und im Automobilmarkt
- Ausgeprägte Expertise in der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien (z.B. Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung von Layouts, Texten, Multimediaprodukten; Fähigkeit zur Führung von externen Lieferanten)
- Fähigkeit zur Erstellung einer strategischen Kommunikationsplanung und Durchführung von Kommunikationsplänen
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, externen Agenturen und/oder Projektteams
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer Kommunikationsprojekte
- Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften und Vorstandsmitgliedern in Bezug auf ihren Kommunikationsansatz und in der Unterstützung von Transformations
- und Change-Management-Kommunikation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit, mit allen Managementebenen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Konfliktmanagement und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
