**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du berichtest in Deiner Rolle direkt an den Vorstand und berätst diesen sowie die Geschäftsführungen und Personalverantwortlichen der SYZYGY GROUP bei allen arbeits
- und vertragsrechtlichen sowie abrechnungsrelevanten Themen.
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung und strategische Ausrichtung der Bereiche HR Services, Payroll, Recruiting & Employer Branding der SYZYGY GROUP verantwortlich.
- Du initiierst und begleitest diverse Projekte des People & Culture Bereichs bspw. Corporate Learning, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inklusion, Employee Experience.
- Du übernimmst die Führung sowie Begleitung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung des HR Services Teams, des Recruiting-Teams sowie des Office-Managements-Teams der Standorte Bad Homburg und München.
- Du kennst die neuesten Trends u.a. PE/OE, Corporate Learning, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inklusion, Employee Experience, Recruiting & Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Digitalisierung und bringst die für die SYZYGY GROUP relevanten Themen in gruppenweite Projekte ein, übernimmst die Projektleitung, initiierst und begleitest die Ausarbeitung.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Einhaltung des Personalbudgets unter Berücksichtigung des Equal Pay sowie die Verrechnung der Central Services an die Tochtergesellschaften.
- Du steuerst die stetige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalprozesse zur Verschlankung, Standardisierung, Harmonisierung, Zentralisierung und Digitalisierung im Personalbereich.
- Du betreust die arbeitsrechtlichen Themen der SYZYGY GROUP und übernimmst die Arbeitgebervertretung im Fall von Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
- Du entwickelst für die Führungs
- und Fachkräfte der SYZYGY GROUP in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand gruppenweite Fort
- und Weiterbildungsprogramme und begleitest deren Umsetzung.

- Du bist seit ca. 10 Jahren im Personalbereich tätig, hast seit einigen Jahren eine Führungsrolle für dein Team inne und hast breit gefächerte Fachkenntnisse in dieser Zeit gesammelt.
