Client Support Specialist Fluent in English and

**Provide exceptional support to Gallup clients.**
As a client support specialist, you will provide the world-class service Gallup’s clients expect from us. Supporting a wide variety of Gallup services and products, you’ll help clients and survey respondents troubleshoot problems and navigate our platforms. Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills and knack for technology, you’ll answer questions about our products and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions. By staying current on Gallup’s most relevant product features and sharing feedback on the customer experience, you will have a direct impact on the long-term relationships and highly successful business outcomes of our clients.
In this role, you will also help onboard and train new customers by setting up their portal, enhancing usability and optimizing resources within our world-class Gallup Access platform. Your interactive and personalized web and phone training will create a foundation for success and engagement for our new and renewed contracts.

**What you need**:
- A bachelor’s degree or at least three years of customer service or technical support experience required
- Full fluency in both English and German required
- Ability to work on-site at Gallup’s office at least three days per week required
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Applicants must be authorised to work in Germany on a full-time basis
