**Team Lead Procurement Operations (f/m/d)**:

As our Teamlead of Procurement Operations you lead a team of 5 colleagues and are generally responsible for the following core tasks.

**Your Tasks**:

- Managing the daily procurement operations and supply of spread group production facilities in EU
- Securing product availability for assortment and production consumables, while keeping stock level on optimal level
- Managing orders for external fulfillment providers
- Continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes regarding efficiency in close collaborations with suppliers and IT
- You will be the Key user for our ERP System

**Your Profile**:

- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- You have senior level of relevant experience
- You have a strong ability to plan, source, negotiate, and make decisions
- You have a strong understanding of procurement processes & ERP system processes
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Polish or Czech is a plus
- You have a hands-on mentality
