**Student Intern BI & Reporting (f/m/d)**

We are looking for a motivated **Intern (M/F/d)** for our **Global BI & Reporting Team **at Global Head Office DHL Freight in **Bonn. This is a full-time internship (39 hours/week) for 6 months. The ideal starting date is 1**st** May 2024.**

In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting tools in a global logistics company.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support the Freight Global BI & Reporting team by ensuring the timely distribution of standard reports and validating and maintaining data quality
- Monitor the completion of data in daily, weekly, and monthly reports using various reporting solutions such as Excel, Access, and BI Dashboards
- Act as the primary contact for the BI & Reporting support team, providing assistance and guidance
- Create and maintain reporting catalogues, user guides, and related documentation
- Consult and advise the support team on issues and bug fixes
- Analyze output data/reports and prepare additional analytical reports and trends

- You are a student of Business Management, Economics, IT/Engineering or equivalent **(active enrolment as a student in Germany is mandatory)**:

- You have strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of data analysis & data visualization
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
- You can convincingly articulate ideas and collaborate seamlessly
- You are a person with a self-propelling character and a proactive working style
- You possess a systematic approach to problem-solving
