**TRAINEE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL IN CROSS-BORDER-SOLUTIONS (M/W/D)**

Als GROW Trainee unterstützt Du Projekte der Abteilung Cross-Border-Solutions, die zum Unternehmensbereich eCommerce Solutions gehört. Die Abteilung entwickelt und implementiert maßgeschneiderte Paketzustelllösungen für unsere internationalen eCommerce-Kunden. Unsere Zustelllösungen werden von einem Expertenteam in 8 europäischen Ländern implementiert und betreut und steht in direktem Kontakt mit ausgewählten Kunden. Weitere zentrale Funktionen befinden sich in der Zentrale in Bonn.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs und der Länderverantwortlichen bei der Betreuung ausgewählter Kunden in ausgewählten Ländern
- Monitoring der Leistungs
- und Lieferperformance und Ergreifen von Maßnahmen auf Basis der vorangegangenen Ursachenanalyse
- Unterstützung des Operations-Teams bei täglichen Themen und in Performance-Dialogen

**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreicher Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich BWL, VWL, International Business, Logistik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften vor dem 1. Oktober 2023
- Erste Berufserfahrung (bis zu 3 Jahren) und internationale Erfahrung, Erfahrung in Operations und/oder Datenanalyse von Vorteil
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, Power BI o.ä. von Vorteil
- Interesse an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld mit internationalen Kunden und Kollegen, Leidenschaft für den eCommerce-Markt, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kreativität und Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Kooperations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denken sowie Lösungsorientierung
