**Tätigkeitsbereich**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
The major task will be to support the AEEP Secretariat team in the organisation and management of the bi-continental AEEP Forum and AEEP Energy Talks.
- Assist with the organisation of AEEP meetings and support partner events (online & onsite), including planning and logistics
- Draft standardised AEEP communication products
- Develop inspiring presentations, documents, publications and/or communication materials according to specific event needs
- Support in the maintenance, update and creation of content for the AEEP website, twitter, youtube and quarterly newsletter
- Assist with the project management of a wide diversity of workstreams pursued by the AEEP
- Support research and analysis related to energy (e. g. policy, private sector investment, capacity development for energy, job creation, decentral RE, gender) with a focus on Africa

**Ihr Profil**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social or Political Sciences, Development Studies or similar
- Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy required
- An ability between instances of supervision to work semi-autonomously and under pressure
- Training and especially prior experience in event management would be an advantage
- Profound skills in MS office required (in particular but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint)
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and other editing software is a strong asset
- Fluent in English with German or French competence as an advantage
