**Your contribution**:

- You **build **and **maintain **a strong **Colocation Expert team**.
- Develop and improve** tower strengthening strategies**.
- Forecast, track and ensure that customer needs on Vantage Towers towers are served as fast as possible.
- You present project progress, KPIs and SLAs at MD level internally and externally.
- You support the team hands-on by visiting and evaluating towers site for colocation.

**What makes you stand out**:

- At least** 5 years **of professional experience in German **telecommunication and colocation market**:

- An university degree in **economics **or **engineering**:

- Clear understanding of** leading a team** and working in the team
- Good understanding of customer obligations, contractual and business regulations
- Working independently, ability to lead and work in a team spread over Germany
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken
