This is a really exciting role as we expand across Europe to lead the HR strategy across many countries. Reporting into the Chief People Officer and European CEO this role will scope and lead HR supporting Dusseldorf, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Italy, Spain whilst working alongside the HR leadership team in the UK. You will provide HR guidance for our european divisions, enabling the development and delivery of the people strategy. Working as part of the Divisional Leadership team to provide employee consultancy and drive successful business outcomes with a high degree of collaboration.

This role will suit someone with experience of managing HR across different European countries, someone who can build excellent stakeholder relationships and someone who is passionate about implementing HR frameworks and procedures. Regular travel will be involved in this role and includes our offices in Dusseldorf, London, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Italy and Spain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and manage the divisional implementation of PIB Group People framework, policy & procedures
- To lead the people aspects of organisational design and change
- To work across growing organisational structures and multiple sites
- Manage talent management process and succession planning for business division
- Manage the recruitment of key talent
- Build and sustain strong relationships with the business leads and wider HR Group team
- Manage and support employee engagement strategy, activities and outcomes
- Work with Group Head of L&D to identify skills gaps and create solutions
- Provide support to internal customers through guidance on Human Resources policy and procedures

**Experience**:

- Relevant work experience gained within a senior HR role
- Experience of influencing senior business leaders
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices
- Working for a European company
- Proven track record working in complex business structures
- Experience gained working for a start up company / scaling company
- Thorough knowledge of international employment law including payroll, best practice policy & procedures
- Fluent in English and another European language
