**Deine Aufgaben - international und dynamisch**
- System
- und technische Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Systeminstallationen unserer Kunden aus der TV- und Medienbranche
- Vor-Ort-Service, Remote-Service, Telefon
- und E-Mail-Support, Professional Service, Patch/Update/Upgrade-Service (Systementwicklung)
- Installation, Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von AV- und IT-Systemen
- Analyse von Fehlern, Auswertung von Protokollen und Behebung von Problemen in komplexen Produktionssystemen
- Überwachen, Analysieren und Verbessern von Systemen und Abläufen
- Betreuung der 24/7-Hotline
**Dein Profil - strukturiert und hands-on**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich (Medien-)Informatik, Netz
- und Kommunikationstechnik, Fachinformatik oder vergleichbar, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt technische Produktion oder Online-Medien/Neue Medien. Quereinsteiger mit einschlägiger und langjähriger Praxiserfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen
- Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im technischen Service und Support
- Verständnis für moderne Broadcast-IT-Konzepte und die notwendigen Schnittstellen
- Gute Kenntnisse von Betriebssystemen (Windows Server und Workstation, Linux, Mac),Netzwerktechnik und Virtualisierung (z.B. VM Ware). Erfahrung mit Kubernetes/Docker ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse über Speichertechnologien, Datenbanktechnologie, Asset Management und Transcoding sowie deren Infrastrukturen, Streaming und Videoformate sind hilfreich
- Nice to have: Kenntnisse von Postproduktions
- und Newsroom-Workflows und idealerweise der Produktpalette von Herstellern wie Avid, EVS, VizRT, VPMS, Vantage, Amberfin, etc.
- Wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen: Avid ACSR (Certified Support Representative), Cisco CCNA oder MS SQL
