Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Dortmund/Münster region. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, including electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in the Dortmund/Münster region, including electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between Kardex and our valued customers, providing expert advice and support.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in on-site training and education to ensure customers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician and a solid understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and good German language skills.
