Als Senior Service Technician werden Sie Teil eines innovativen Teams, das sich auf die digitale Zukunftsfähigkeit unseres Landes konzentriert. Sie werden eng mit den Herstellern zusammenarbeiten (z.B. Cisco & Microsoft) und sich auf die Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen konzentrieren, die unsere Kunden unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Annahme, Analyse und Beseitigung von Incidents und Requests im PC-, Telefonie-, LAN- und WAN-Umfeld unter Einhaltung der geltenden Service Level sowie ganzheitliche Dokumentation dieses Prozesses
  • Dezentrale Umsetzung des Second-Level-Supports bzw. Unterstützung der zentralen Betriebseinheiten vor Ort als Gesicht der BWI zu den Nutzer*innen
  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Upgrade und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Inbetriebsetzung und Administration der Kunden IT-Infrastruktur/ -Systeme, inklusive Netzwerk und Serverumgebungen
  • Teilnahme an Bereitschaftsdiensten
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT-Systemelektronik/Fachinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse von Ticketsystemen, Wissensdatenbanken, sowie der IT-Prozesse
  • Erfahrung in Kundenprojekten im Industrieumfeld oder im öffentlichen Dienst von Vorteil
  • ITIL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich DGUV V3 von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
