**Your Future Employer**:
MISSION: Empower accommodation providers to maximize their revenue by optimizing their prices (the average revenue growth of their clients is +30%)
PRODUCT: a SaaS Solution for the Hospitality Industry that maximizes occupancy and revenue per room through dynamic pricing (taking factors like seasonality and competitors pricing into account).
CULTURE: A collaborative and data/driven team of 140 employees working from DACH, UK, Italy and Spain.
**What you bring/Who you are**:
- You have 2-3 years _will adjust after knowing salary_ of experience selling Software solutions to SMB. *Did they mention any other sales experience being relevant? EG: selling services to Hotel Buyer Persona., closing is a plus.
- You speak German (C2/Native) and English (B2/Fluent).
- You are based in the European Union.
- You are hands-on, coachable, a team player, and not afraid to make mistakes on your journey to success.
**The job**: Gaining market share in the respective region through efficient sale cycle.
- Closing opportunities sourced, contacted, and qualified by your SDR colleagues (80 negotiations a month). The average sales cycle is 2 weeks and the average deal size is €1k-2.5k ARR.
- Maintain exemplary CRM hygiene to maximize productivity and foster good internal communication.
- Conduct data analysis of your pipeline’s performance and integrate the learnings to maximize your success
