For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Staff Coordinator (M/F/d) Cruise Liners**

Your new job includes
- As Staff Coordinator (M/F/d) you are an important link between Gebr. Heinemann and the crew on board the cruise ships and, as the first point of contact, ensure optimal cooperation with the crewing agencies.
In particular, you will- coordinate the working hours of all freelance staff and ensure and evaluate sufficient staffing levels on all cruise ships
- Acquire freelancers internationally for the stores on board the cruise ships we manage and conduct interviews together with the crewing agencies
- continuously exchange information with the crewing agencies regarding contractual matters, travel and visa regulations
- monitor and settle the monthly agreed salaries as well as all commission and bonus payments for the freelancers
- perform all personnel administration tasks and maintain personnel files
- help develop and actively shape the HR department in the Cruise Liner team
- plan and organize training sessions

What you should bring along
- Successfully completed commercial training
- First professional experience in personnel planning, experience in shipping / cruises or tourism would be a plus
- Proven experience in recruiting (conducting job interviews and applicant selection days)
- Service-oriented approach, confident appearance, commitment, strong communication skills, diplomatic skills and conflict management
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to be on board at certain times (irregularly, approx. 2 weeks per year)
