- ** Ihre Rolle **:Als Team Lead Operations Integriated Logistics (m/w/d) sind Sie Mitglied des Logistics Business Interface am Standort Schönefeld / Dahlewitz, Deutschland. Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Leitung des Operations-Teams, das für alle Transportaktivitäten für den jeweiligen Kunden verantwortlich ist. Klingt das für Sie spannend? - ** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie führen und motivieren die Teammitglieder und unterstützen aktiv deren berufliche Entwicklung, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen durch die Durchführung regelmäßiger Leistungsbeurteilungsgespräche
- Sie sind verantwortlich für operative Eskalationen, um eine nahtlose Geschäftskontinuität zu gewährleisten
- Kontrolle der KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) und Erreichen des vereinbarten Leistungsniveaus
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards gemäß internen und externen Vorschriften und Vereinbarungen
- Sicherstellung, dass alle erforderlichen SOPs (Standard Operations Processes) und WIs (Working Instructions) im Zusammenhang mit dem Verantwortungsbereich des Teams ordnungsgemäß eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand sind
- Sie nehmen aktiv an Besprechungen mit der Geschäftsleitung, Kunden, KN 3PL und anderen teil
- Unterstützung von internen und externen Audits in Ihrem Team
- Sie arbeiten eng und vertrauensvoll mit den Business Managern (BM) und allen anderen beteiligten Abteilungen (Business Support, Qualitätsmanagement) zusammen.

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Eine Ausbildung / Studium in Transport und/oder Logistik
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Transport
- und/oder Logistiksektor
- Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern in fachlicher und disziplinarischer Hinsicht, die Fähigkeit, Menschen auch unter Druck zu motivieren und zu führen und Prioritäten für sich und Ihre Teammitglieder zu setzen
- Solide Erfahrungen im Luftfrachtverkehr, Schwerpunkt Luft
- und Raumfahrt wäre von Vorteil
- Prozessorientiert, sehr gutes (Selbst-)Organisationstalent, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Fließende Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kundenorientiertes Denken
- Bereitschaft zur Erbringung von Bereitschaftsdiensten (Rufbereitschaft) #LI-SK1
