**How You'll Add Value**:
**In your first year, you'll be instrumental in**:

- Strategic Leadership: Pilot the People & Organization team with a forward-thinking approach, ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals. Review and update the vision as well as roadmap that integrates Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Organization teams under one cohesive strategy.
- Performance Management Evolution: Transform our approach to performance management to foster a culture of excellence. Develop and enhance a
- Uncover and Leverage Synergies within the HTG Group: Proactively identify and leverage synergies within the HTG group from a people perspective, driving efficiency and unity. Initiate major projects that enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption across the group, demonstrating tangible benefits in terms of performance or innovation.
- Cultural Stewardship & Talent Cultivation: As a guardian of our culture, foster an environment that's grounded in DEI, continuous feedback and open
- Operations Excellence & Comprehensive Action Planning: Implement innovative people practices that keep HomeToGo at the forefront of organizational development. Formulate a detailed plan for key performance objectives, considering resources, budget, and milestones.
