**DIE ROLLE & DAS TEAM**:
Als Lead People & Organization/ Personalleiter*in für unseren Logistikstandort treibst du die strategische Entwicklung des Standorts als Teil des lokalen Site Management Teams in Zusammenarbeit mit dem konzernweiten Senior Leadership Team voran. Dein neues Arbeitsumfeld ist unternehmerisch und energiegeladen. Unser Ziel ist es, den Standort weiter zu skalieren und unsere Position als europäischer Starting Point for Fashion zu festigen. Du verantwortest ein Team von über 20 People and Organization (P&O) Expert*innen (Business Partner, People Operations, People Development). Mit deinen außergewöhnlichen Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten wirst du mit den P&O Leads der deutschen und internationalen Standorte sowie dem lokalen Betriebsrat und Behörden zusammenarbeiten und für alle Seiten vorteilhafte, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufbauen und Zalando intern und extern als erste*r Ansprechpartner*in vertreten.

- Du mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in HR-Führungspositionen, einschließlich einer nachweislichen Erfolgsbilanz bei der Durchführung von Projekten und dem Coaching von Führungskräften hast.
- Du Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams mit mind. 10 Personalexpert*innen vorweisen kannst.
- Du detaillierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts sowie fundierte Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten mitbringst.
- Du über fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch verfügst
