Job Description:

- The Role:

- This position will manage and monitor fulfilment, distribution and transportation service providers supporting the inbound and outbound movement of products and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within Hydrafacial.

What you’ll do:

- Job Responsibilities
- Manage 3PL Operations - provide support, training when needed and develop/manage service level agreement (SLAs).
- Develop a short, mid, and long-range plan for distribution footprint to support EMEA.
- Guide continuous process improvement using LEAN, 5S and Six Sigma methodologies in the areas of cost, service, and productivity while driving employee engagement.
- Establish partnerships with teams across the company to ensure that KPIs and customer service goals are met.
- Identifies key opportunities to leverage and improve processes affecting the delivery network and coordinate corrective actions with cross functional groups when applicable.
- Develops forward-thinking, transportation network between suppliers/CMs/Distributors that boost effectiveness within supply-chain, with a focus on continuous productivity improvement.
- Management of financial budget for 3PL location(s).
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships with internal and external clients.
- Promote visibility to orders across the region.
- Manage inventory control activities and visibility.
- Collaborates with Supply Planning, Suppliers, Third Party Carriers/Brokers, to ensure customer service expectations are met.
- Develop and build a logistics / transportation function within the EMEA region.
- Manage freight carrier relationships and conduct quarterly business review meetings.
- Enhance end-to-end transportation visibility and integration with ERP systems.
- Drive development of business and operation models, KPIs and metrics for transportation.
- Manage Customs clearance matters.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you need to know:

- Experience/Skills/Education

Required:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years’ experience in Transportation Logistics management (Freight Forwarders, Parcel Companies, Over the Road, etc.) and WH Operations while managing cost and service.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, etc.) is strongly desired. Experience with ERP and WMS.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and incorporate changes seamlessly.
- Knowledge of a variety of operational excellence competencies including, but not limited to: Six Sigma, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Policy Deployment, One-piece Flow, 6S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, Poke Yoke, Target Costing, Six Sigma, etc.
- Fluency in English and German a must.

- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
- Other language skills.

- Identifizierung wichtiger Chancen zur Optimierung von Prozessen, die das Liefernetzwerk betreffen, und Koordination von Korrekturmaßnahmen mit funktionsübergreifenden Gruppen, wenn erforderlich.
- Entwicklung eines zukunftsorientierten Transportnetzwerks zwischen Lieferanten, CMs und Distributoren, das die Effektivität in der Lieferkette steigert, mit Fokus auf kontinuierliche Produktivitätsverbesserung.
