**DEINE AUFGABEN ALS DIRECTOR OPERATIONS (m/w/d)**:

- Du steuerst, organisierst, motivierst und führst die gesamte operative Abwicklung mit ca. 600 gewerblichen und ca. 100 Führungsmitarbeitenden.
- Die pünktliche und qualitativ einwandfreie Dienstleistung für unsere(n) Kunden stellst Du über einen 24/7-Schichtbetrieb deines Teams sicher.
- Du bist als höchste operative Entscheidungsinstanz, der erste Ansprechpartner für den Kunden und kümmerst Dich serviceorientiert um dessen Anliegen.
- Du steuerst und überwachst alle Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse vom Import bis zum Export auf Basis einer anforderungsgerechten Personal
- und Ressourcenplanung
- Du begleitest und initiierst Projekte, Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards und unterstützt bei Kontinuierlicher-Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) und Innovationsprojekten.
- Du stellst den Informationsfluss im operativen Betrieb sowohl intern als auch extern sicher
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben (u. a. Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz, Umweltschutz etc.) sicher.
- Du arbeitest in einem höchst dynamischen Umfeld direkt am Flughafen FFM im Cargo Bereich und lebst und schätzt den „Cargo Spirit“

**WAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Operation Director/Manager (m/w/d) oder Operativer Leiter (m/w/d)
- Du hast bereits operative Einheiten mit > 500 Mitarbeitenden geführt
- Kenntnis in der Luftfracht sind vorteilhaft, aber kein „must have“.
- Du arbeitest auch bei parallelen Projekten zielorientiert, konzeptionell und zuverlässig sowie kosten
- und prozessorientiert, wobei du die Kundeninteressen stets im Blick behältst.
- Du bringst Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsstärke und verstehst dich als Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Mitarbeitenden
- Du bist innovativ, motivierend und hast stets einen Blick über den eigenen Tellerrand hinaus.
- Zudem hast Du Freude an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Strukturen/Prozesse und Du möchtest Teil eines tollen Teams in einem innovativen und zukunftsausgerichteten Unternehmen werden.
