Unser Danfoss Climate Solutions - Inside Sales Team sucht Verstärkung an unserem neuen, modernen Standort in Offenbach .
Als Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d) für Gebäude-, Heiz- und Kältetechnik trägst du entscheidend zum Unternehmenswachstum bei. Du kannst dich auf eine 38,5h-Woche in Gleitzeit mit Überstundenausgleich , Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld , Bonuszahlungen und 30 Tage Urlaub freuen. Außerdem erwartet dich ein professionelles und unterstützendes Team, eingebettet in ein nachhaltiges, international agierendes Familienunternehmen.
Deine Aufgaben
In deiner vertrieblichen Rolle kontaktierst du aktiv Installateure, Energieberater und Planer aus den Bereichen der Gebäude-, Heiz- und Kältetechnik und betreust sie bei ihren Projekten.
Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich dabei im Einzelnen:
Du führst Beratungsgespräche zu unseren Produkten und Systemen Du erschließt aktiv neue Verkaufschancen, indem du vorhandene Kanäle nutzt oder qualifizierte Leads nachverfolgst Du verstehst es, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, zu stärken und hierdurch Trends, Wünsche und Probleme am Markt zu identifizieren Du erstellst Angebote, übernimmst die Nachverfolgung und unterstützt Kunden bei ihren Projekten.Dein Profil

Für diese Position hast du eine technische Ausbildung aus dem Bereich Heizungsbau bzw. Klimatechnik und bringst Erfahrung als Heizungs- bzw. Anlagenbauer/in, Klimatechniker/in oder aus dem Großhandel mit. Bestenfalls hast du dazu bereits im Inside Sales oder Direktverkauf gearbeitet.
Zudem achten wir auf die folgenden Punkte:
Gute Kenntnis der Produkte im Bereich Wärmetechnik Vertriebstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung Verständnis für digitale Anwendungen (Smartphone-Apps, PC Berechnungs-Software) und die Fähigkeit, unseren Kunden komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute EnglischkenntnisseBei Rückfragen wende dich gerne an Friederike Gottwald, Talent Acquisition Specialist, unter
