**Job Brief**
As a Business Development Representative (M/F/d), for the DACH market you will have a direct impact on getting closer to the vision of making cybersecurity manageable and accessible for everyone. By focusing on lead acquisition within the DACH market, you will jointly strengthen the new business area and be involved in end-to-end sales.
To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an enthusiastic person that wants to kickstart their sales career by joining one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies as a Business Development Representative.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential customers in the DACH region
- Meet monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
- Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Autobahn's technology, industry trends, and competition
- Anticipate needs by conducting market research to identify new leads
- Use your social selling skills to generate interest among key players within targeted industries
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Newcomer's welcome; a previous job involving soft skills daily (e.g. hospitality) or business background (apprenticeship or studies)
- You have a clear goal of why you want to do sales
- Eager to learn more about demand generation and the IT security industry
- Ability to give and take feedback.
- Not settling for average, always striving to exceed quota.
- Have the ambition to succeed in a goal-oriented environment
- Native German and fluent English is a must
