We are currently recruiting for an

**AMS Operation Support Assistant (M/F/d)**

Location: Frankfurt am Main area,

Home Office based, onsite presence from 10% to 50% (depending on business needs)

**Discover Impactful Work**:
In this role you will be responsible to support in managing the program Asset Management Service or Managed Services Account(s) (AMS) at a customer location in Frankfurt and, as required, in other locations of EMEA. You will be a key contributor to ensure management of the account to customer satisfaction, ensuring performance in planned and unplanned services, and financial and operational business reviews to provide excellence in service. You will report to the Account Manager to ensure customer confidence in our program, customer retention and to execute the program in line with our contractual commitments. You will be working in a very dynamic environment allowing to make an impact and gain meaningful experience in a cross-functional working environment.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a successful and valuable AMS program to customer, driving performance of suppliers and processes to customer satisfaction
- Assist with the renewal/rollover of the contract each year providing support in reviewing customer’s asset list and service coverage required or desired for that, following deal review process and ensures required approvals are sought
- Develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with clients, service suppliers and Thermo Fisher staff in a dynamic, cross-functional network of peers that offers great opportunities for working with different backgrounds and areas of expertise
- Be able to use, interpret standard reports or generate custom ones to monitor the account and to report either internally or to customer
- Agile personality enabling cooperation with customer and colleagues to quickly find solutions to problems, embracing a mentality of continuous process improvements and identifying root causes to overcome and remove barriers and challenges
- Participation and lead of meetings with customers and stakeholders where required, with the ability to deliver effective messages, reporting and identify follow up actions where required
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and processes, working on personal growth and development of own strategic thinking
- Take parts and organize regular visits to customer, including also activities in laboratory environment including supporting with inventory
- Become a trusted point of contact both for internal and external peers
- Act as deputy of the account manager during leaves

**Key to Success**:

- Master / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or technical field
- Proven successful management skills, enabled to manage complex tasks under challenging circumstances
- Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Pharma, Biotech, Medical
- and/or Chemical Laboratories, Healthcare or Facilities
- Process Improvements orientation
- Experience in service, support function (technical) or strong service knowledge
- Experienced in driving customer allegiance and growing existing customer base
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work across all levels, functions and regions at clients and within our corporation
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different
- Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
