To support our **dynamic Business Transformation Team **of the **Region Europe** in Kronberg and for an immediate start we are looking for a:
**CX Product Delivery Specialist Europe (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:

- Assist the CX (Client eXperience) Product Delivery Lead Europe in the planning and execution of programmes and projects to improve our digital client experience
- Manage all administrative aspects of (IT) project delivery >> RAID, status tracking and reporting (to various forums and stakeholder groups, including top executive level), budget planning and tracking, supplier management
- Work with European functional and market teams to shape and document requirements (as epics and user stories incl. acceptance criteria and test cases)
- Work with IT teams (internal and external) to impact assess, estimate and plan the delivery of them
- Support the Digital Demand management process in regards to prioritization of requirements
- Act as liaison between business and IT teams

**Your Skill set and Qualifications**:

- University or similar degree in a corresponding/ relevant area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, our daily language of communication; German and/or other European languages is beneficial but not a must.
- Strong (IT) project management expertise and proven track record (Agile project management experience highly welcome)
- First international Automotive experience or affinity desired
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and very diverse environment
- Creative, can-do mindset and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (ideally Atlassian stack: JIRA, Confluence)
