Technical
Solid Meeting Room Equipment/Audio Visual Experience - very well familiar with AV technologies and troubleshooting, video production & editing, green screens, webcasts, events, organizing panels etc.
Understanding of AV and IT Systems - architectural, cabling, control systems, etc.
Experience in set-up, testing and deployment of AV technologies
Able to remotely help in testing and troubleshooting of AV technology.
Network Experience - networking background is preferred (understanding of network architecture and how networks operate)
Service Delivery
End-to-end management of Meeting Services in the region, including planning, deployment, improvement, and reporting actions
Own the ongoing regional Meeting Services Program and Toolkit (including its development, deployment, and adoption)
Own the processes and procedures associated with Meeting Service delivery in the region (including its development, deployment, and adoption)
Own regional action planning for Meeting Services improvement based on Annual Workplace Facility Survey outcome and other feedback received through ad-hoc needs/discussions with both FM teams and clients
Own new initiatives deployment, adoption and progress tracking
Work with site teams to ensure sustainable adoption of global and regional Meeting Services principles and initiatives including (but not limited to):
JLL Serve integration
Room inspection process
Inventory repository and management
In room user guides / materials
Cable management / tagging
Right room set-up
MyWorkplace adaptation
Be a trusted SME and a “go to person” for FM teams for all inquiries related to Meeting Services
Identify improvement opportunities throughout the service line and produce proposals for change and align with respective parties
Develop programs to adopt change, including communications, training, launch plans, action trackers, reporting of results, etc.
Project Management
Able to start, plan and execute a project and meet the required deadlines for the successful delivery and completion of objectives and goals. Collaborate and influence others to also meet the deadlines and processes completion
Business Process Transformation - demonstrated capability to identify and implement business process improvements in areas of ownership
**Prioritization Skills**: Able to effectively handle several business cases to meet with project or process deadlines and SLA’s. Demonstrated ability to handle complex business cases and develop Action Plans to resolve issues while keeping a great relationship with JLL colleagues and P&G Clients
Run several high-impact programs simultaneously, leveraging a network of site and functional contacts

Client Management
Work with the respective P&G Clients as “2 in-a-box”
Build Diverse and Collaborative Relationships - track record of excellent collaboration skills. The individual will need to work effectively with peers, cross-functional resources, and all levels of management (including Executives)
Establish credibility with the client immediately; successfully sell the JLL platform in client interactions; ensure that the service level is commensurate with the client’s brand
**Embraces Change/Agility**: Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced high-profile situations

Skills/Competencies
**Strong AV/technical skills**: familiar with AV troubleshooting, technologies, video production & editing, green screens, webcasts, events, organizing panels etc.
Excellent written and oral English
Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse audience
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision both independently and as part of a team, and to be self-directed
**Excellent PC skills**: proficient in Microsoft
**Client relationship management**: must be highly credible in front of senior executive-level client personnel. Able to represent ideas effectively with strong persuading and influencing skills
Charisma and a personable nature, with strong interpersonal skills
**Drive for results**: whether piloting in a small number of locations or running a regional deployment, ‘drift and swirl’ are constant threats

Experience and Qualifications
**A strong AV/technical background**: at least 3-5 years’ experience in Meeting Services, Meeting Technologies and/or in-house AV Solutions for Offices
