Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen erfahrenen und selbstbewussten Senior Associate, der unser globales Talent Acquisition verstärkt und das umfassende Up-scaling unseres Hamburger Büros vorantreibt. Unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Trends leitest Du die Umsetzung kreativer und innovativer Strategien, um Talente für unsere Client Service Teams zu identifizieren und zu gewinnen. Du repräsentierst AlphaSights an Kern Universitäten in der gesamten EMEA-Region, planst und koordinierst Recruiting-Events, arbeitest an strategischen Talent Acquisition-Initiativen und verantwortest die Kandidaten-Pipeline vollumfänglich.
Aufgaben
- Personalverantwortung für zwei Teammitglieder vor Ort
- Verantwortung für die Rekrutierung von Hochschulabsolventen für das Client Service Team am Standort Hamburg
- Entwicklung einer Rekrutierungsstrategie zur Talentgewinnung an ausgewählten Universitäten
- Verantwortung für die Organisation von Recruiting-Events sowie die Teilnahme an diesen (saisonale Reisebereitschaft)
- Durchführung von Interviews
- Du bist Teil des leitenden EMEA-Rekrutierungsteams und führend bei strategischen Talentinitiativen
- Entwicklung einer Sourcing-Strategie zur Gewinnung von Young Professionals für die Associate Rolle
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Leadership Team
- Beobachtung von Trends und Gewinnung von externen Partnern zur Unterstützung der Einstellungsbemühungen
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder vergleichbar
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Arbeitsmarktes für Hochschulabsolventen in der DACH Region
- Erfahrung im Beziehungsaufbau zu externen Partnern wie bspw. Universitäten, Hochschulen, studentische Organisationen etc.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern und Managern innerhalb des gesamten Unternehmens
- Eine selbstbewusste und ausdauernde Persönlichkeit: die Fähigkeit, effizient und positiv auf Feedback zu reagieren, Entscheidungen mit Klarheit zu treffen und aus schwierigen Situationen zu lernen
Vergütung und Zusatzleistungen
- Durchschnittliche Gesamtvergütung: 66.0\_\_00 €\_\_, bestehend aus (i) 60.000 € Grundgehalt (ii) und (iii) einem jährlichen Bonus in Höhe von 10%
