About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team at the AppLike Group. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our business units and tech teams in finding top talent and improving our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for various positions across our teams, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Drive projects related to employer branding to build and develop our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process, from writing job postings to candidate selection and offer negotiation.
  • Track talent acquisition metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Support colleagues in recruiting topics, such as providing guidance on our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for various seniority levels, with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech and business positions, preferably in gaming or adtech.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English, with German a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building a strong employer brand.
  • Experience in active sourcing via different channels.
  • Ability to build good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, KPI-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Social media and networking affinity, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in talent attraction.
  • Team player, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace or other mail and collaboration tools.
