About the Job:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a broad range of positions across our various teams. This will include:

  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job postings, participating in briefing calls, active sourcing, first-round interviews, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Driving projects connected to employer branding to build and develop our brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Tracking accurate talent acquisition metrics and providing regular reporting.
  • Supporting your peers and other colleagues in all recruiting topics, including providing guidance and training on our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our companies.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who has:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting for roles at various seniority levels, with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for tech and business positions, preferably in a gaming or adtech industry.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building a strong employer brand.
  • Experience in active sourcing via different channels.
  • Ability to build good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), KPI-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Social media and networking affinity and stay up to date with the latest trends in talent attraction.
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn something new every day.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace or any other mail & collaboration tools.
