**Was Dich erwartet**:
Als Guest Service Agent (Rezeption, Service, Küche und Bar) arbeitest Du leidenschaftlich gerne in der Hotellerie.
- Dein Lächeln repräsentiert unser Premier Inn Service-Versprechen.
- Du pflegst einen herzlichen Kontakt zu unseren Gästen während des Check-In/Check-Out und machst ihren Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen, Reservierungen und Abrechnungen.
- Du unterstützt Dein Team in allen Bereichen, ob im Service oder an der Bar.
- Du bewirtest unsere Gäste und sorgst für kleine Leckereien.
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Du bist serviceorientiert und hast eine einnehmende Persönlichkeit.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Praxiserfahrung in der Hotellerie sammeln.
- Du liebst es, im Team zu arbeiten und auf Dich ist immer Verlass.
- Du hast eine freundliche Ausstrahlung, bist kommunikativ und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere mit MS Outlook.
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus).
