ABOUT THIS ROLE

Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an ES Migration Support Coordinator (M/F/x) who supports the Publisher Relations and Originals ES team in the execution, coordination and finalization of processes related to contract management, ensuring that all contract information is available and correctly administrated. All these activities are related to the contract transition process in ES from 2020 and refers to specific partners and contracts. In this context, the ES Migration Support Coordinator acts as an interface with the deal operations, legal, taxes and finance departments. In addition, this person should also support the team to reach the goal to fiscally and contractually onboard an extraordinary number of new partners in ES in 2023.

This position is initially open through a 24-months contract.

As a Content Acquisition Project Coordinator ES, you will...
- Coordinate the contract administration and monitor specific deals to guarantee internal documentation and processing in time (internal database tools, invoice tracking, DocuSign).
- Conduct, monitor, and finalize the fiscal onboarding process for existing partners.
- Be responsible for proper communication with ES publishers and content partners regarding administrative tasks.
- Be the Interface to the content operations, legal, finances and taxes department.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in the Spanish-speaking book market or media industry.
- Experience with German law and fiscal context.
- Excellent English, German and Spanish in spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Degree (JD, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree) in relevant field.
- Reliability, being communicative and a clearly structured approach are the nature of your work.
