We are currently ramping up our Marketing team and are looking for a Head of Organic Acquisition. And this is where you may come in 


As Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will drive our organic acquisition growth through constant development of our strategic content production, SEO, and optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Your role


Content Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop our overall SEO and content marketing strategy
  • Drive the implementation of our SEO and organic growth initiatives, to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility
  • Optimize all web-related aspects, such as improving website UX, growing conversions, planning content, optimizing and execution of our SEO strategy
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization
  • Develop and optimize our landing pages, acquisition-oriented pages, templates, content pieces, freebies, and tools that we offer
  • Conduct AB tests for conversion improvements and experiment to scale acquisition
  • Oversee copy and design creation, and ensure a high quality and alignment with our Consultport brand voice, style, and design standards while optimizing acquisition growth.
  • Manage our designer, content creators, and copywriters, and provide guidance to enhance content quality, performance & user growth
  • Track and analyze growth and performance metrics of content and web, and make data-driven recommendations to grow & optimize our user growth


You would be a great fit if you have…

  • 3+ years of organic growth marketing experience with expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing
  • Very strong sense for great content quality that attracts and converts users
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and the B2B service industry
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future of work topics
  • Excellent communication (English must, German and French nice to have)
