- Zweck der Position:
- Der Stelleninhaber ist verantwortlich für die nach allgemeinen Richtlinien selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Aufgabenbereiche im Bereich Compensation & Benefits und HR Analytics. Insbesondere obliegt dem Stelleninhaber die selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Gehaltsabrechnung (vertraglich und inhaltlich - inklusive der Ergebniskontrolle), sämtlicher steuer
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Bestandteile und zugehörigen Prozesse wie dem Sachzuwendungsprozess, der Firmenwagenversteuerung etc. sowie die Rolle als erster Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Audits in HR in Zusammenarbeit mit den betriebsinternen und -externen Schnittstellen bzw. Dienstleistern unter Berücksichtigung der entsprechenden gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Regelungen.- Kernaufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei und eigenständige Betreuung von Audits (Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs
- und Wirtschaftsprüfungen)
- Klärung steuerlicher und sozialversicherungstechnischer Spezialfragen und Änderungen (auch mit externen Ansprechpartnern) und Steuerung der praktischen Umsetzung
- Lead, Planung und Ergebniskontrolle der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen/ notwendigen Anpassungen in der Abrechnung und im Gehaltsabrechnungssystem SAP
- Steuerung von sowie Mitarbeit und Vertretung bei laufenden C&B-Aufgaben (z.B. Vorbereitung und Kontrolle der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung, Prüfung und Versteuerung von Sachzuwendungen, Zahlungen im Rahmen der Betrieblichen Altersversorgung oder beim Langzeitarbeitszeitkonto etc.)
- Fortlaufende kritische Analyse bestehender operativer HR-Prozesse und deren Optimierung sowie Verantwortlichkeit für die Datenkonformität in den verschiedenen HR-Systemen
- Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung (Ressource Plan) und entsprechendes Reporting in enger Abstimmung mit den HR Business Partnern, der internationalen HR-Funktion, dem CFO und Finance, auch für die Tochterunternehmen (BT Garrick)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung komplexer Business Cases und Kostensimulationen im Rahmen internationaler HR-Projekte sowie Unterstützung bei der Personalkostenplanung
- Regelmäßiges und ad hoc Reporting (insbesondere auch in Abstimmung mit der lokalen Finance-Abteilung sowie mit den internationalen HR-Schnittstellen
- Koordination der relevanten Prozesse im Rahmen von für Mitarbeiterentsendungen ins Ausland sowie nach Deutschland (Schnittstellen zu Entgeltabrechnung, Steuer, Sozialversicherung und ggf. externen Dienstleistern)
- Unterstützung und ggf. eigenständige Leitung bei (auch internationalen) Sonderprojekten in HR- Fachliche Kompetenzen:
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Bereich C&B inklusive fortgeschrittener Kenntnisse im Bereich der relevanten Steuer
- und Sozialversicherungsvorschriften, sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel), gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM Payroll, fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift;
- Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Altersversorgung, "Flexigesetz“, allgemeines Arbeitsrecht (insbes. Zeitwirtschaft) sowie Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors und/oder praktische Erfahrung in HR Analytics

- Bachelor-Studium Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Hochschulausbildung oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Personalkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung oder im steuer
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bereich
