**Assistant to the Board (all genders)**

**Your day to day**:

- **Daily Business**:Within a small team of assistants to the management, you will support our board members (CTIO, CPO, CMO) in their day-to-day activities and will be handling organizational tasks and key projects trustworthy.
- **Responsibility of A - Z**: You maintain their executive calendars, organize, and prepare for meetings and coordinate domestic and international travel incl. Visa handling.
- **Get things done**:Regular meetings to discuss current happenings across the division will be coordinated by you.
- Networker: You will be the connecting link between board, internal and external stakeholders and you prioritize and coordinate requests for the board.
- **Supporter**:You take on responsibility for selected projects and identify room for improvement in processes and implement solutions.

**What makes you excel in this position**:

- **Convincing Background**:You have a Bachelor's degree and/or experience in a comparable executive assistant role or/and in the service industry (e.g., professional services, hotel industry).
- **Technical qualifications**:You have very good Office-Skills incl. Power Point/Excel.
- **Hands - on mentality**:You work service oriented and have the flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile.
- **Bridge builder**:You have the ability to interact across multiple levels within the organization.
- **Serious image & organization talent**:You have a discrete personality that handles information confidentially. Therefore, you got excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Communication skills**:You have very good written and spoken skills in German and English? Awesome, you are welcome
