**Objective of job**:
We are seeking a Specialist Sales Business Architect to support and shape the procedural landscape within our sales department. The Specialist Sales Business Architect will develop, refine, and integrate sales processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and collaboration while aligning with overall sales targets and providing training and support to the sales team. This individual will work closely with the Manager Sales Business Architect to ensure that objectives are met.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Summarise the objective of the following role in one brief sentence: Develop and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales processes that improve collaboration and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes with other business units.
- Act as a gate keeper towards IT for incoming process design requests and evaluate the benefit for the sales team at smart Europe and its national sales companies.
- Redesign processes using business architecture principles and agile project management techniques.
- Act as Product owner for the implementation and improvement of the sales process landscape.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align process prioritization with overall sales targets and objectives.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on new processes.
**What you bring along**:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 2 years or above experience in automotive or retail industry, sales & marketing, product management or similar area
- Understanding of sales processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Experience acting as a liaison with IT for process design requests, evaluating their benefits for sales teams.
Knowledge / Functional Expertise
- Deep understanding of sales process development and refinement.
- Proficiency in agile project management techniques for effective process implementation and improvement.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes across business units.
Key Competencies / Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong track record of working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes with other business units.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to redesign and refine sales processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian Suites.
- Fluent in English. Other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia / (e.g. China)
