People & Culture
- Du übernimmst die fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung des People & Culture Teams mit über 24 Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz und Polen
- Als Hauptansprechpartner:in verantwortest du die Themen Recruiting, Employer Branding, Talent Management/Personalentwicklung, Mitarbeitendenbindung, Compensation & Benefits, Kommunikation, HR-Projekte, HR IT und die Mitarbeitendenbetreuung
- Du entwickelst unsere People & Culture Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter im Sinne unseres Target Operating Models
- Als Head of People & Culture begleitest du interne Projekte im P&C Umfeld, nimmst an Steering Committees teil und unterstützt dein Team bei der Umsetzung von Strategien und Zielen im Tagesgeschäft
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für arbeitsrechtliche Themen und gewährleistest korrekte Arbeitsabläufe
- Die Budgetplanung und -verantwortung liegt ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich

Stakeholder Management & weitere Verantwortlichkeiten
- Als Sparrings-Partner:in des Vorstands HR und der weiteren Board Member arbeitest du eng mit den Entscheidungsträgern zusammen
- Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften verschiedener Bereiche wie bspw. Head of Operations, Finance, Controlling oder Marketing
- Change Management steht im Fokus deiner Arbeit, du entwickelst und implementierst geeignete Maßnahmen, um unsere Organisationsstruktur im Sinne der Unternehmensziele weiterzuentwickeln und Veränderungsprozesse zu steuern

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du verfügst über eine fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem performance-orientierten Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines People & Culture Teams und fundiertes Fachwissen in den einzelnen HR-Aufgaben sind essenziell für diese Position
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, vorzugsweise in einem dynamischen Hands-on-Umfeld oder du verfügst über Branchenerfahrung im Beratungsumfeld
- Du zeichnest dich durch unternehmerisches Verständnis, eine teamorientierte und motivierende Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bringst eine klare Vision einer modernen, wertschöpfenden HR-Kultur im Sinne der Convista DNA mit und hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Change Management & Integration
