Als Head of People Development treibst du sowohl die strategische Ausrichtung als auch die operative Umsetzung unserer Personalentwicklungs

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du übernimmst die Führung der Teammitglieder People Development und Recruiting und bist erster Ansprechpartner in der Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen.
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung für das People Development anhand unserer Unternehmensstrategie, inkl. Budgetverantwortung.
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in Fragen der Laufbahnplanung, Nachfolge-planung, Leistungsmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung.
- Aktive Entwicklung und Konzeption von Trainingsmaßnahmen und Schulungen und Identifikation relevanter Partner / Drittanbieter für die Karriereentwicklung.
- Durchführung des operativen Recruiting Prozesses inkl. Entwicklung kreativer Suchstrategien und Übernahme proaktiver Direktansprache in den Sozialen Netzwerken (Active Sourcing).
- Gestaltung und Steuerung eignungsdiagnostischer Verfahren bei der Personalauswahl.
- Nutzung von HR Analytics zur Planung der Workforce und Weiterentwicklung des Performance Managements inkl. relevanter Kennzahlen.
- Auswahl geeigneter IT-Tools zur Automatisierung und Prozessverbesserung von Personalentwicklungs
- und Recruiting-Maßnahmen und Begleitung der Implementierung.

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, aus vergleichbaren Bereichen oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Recruiting, Talentmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung, davon eine relevante Zeit in einer Führungsposition.
- Im besten Fall besitzt Du Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Diagnostik für die Begleitung, die Konzeption und die Durchführung von eignungsdiagnostischen Verfahren zur Personalauswahl und -entwicklung.
- Du bist vertraut mit der Konzeption und Begleitung von Change Prozessen, strategischer Personalplanung und -entwicklung.
- Du bringst ein souveränes und sicheres Auftreten, sowie ein hohes Maß an Verbindlichkeit mit und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe.
- Du hast Freude am Netzwerken und daran, Kontakte aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Du denkst strategisch und bringst ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu vermitteln, mit.
- Du begeisterst Dich für die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen durch den Einsatz digitaler Tools.
- Eine hinreichende Reisebereitschaft, den sicheren Umgang mit IT-Tools (z.B. O365) und fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
