EMEA Head of Business Process Transformation (m/w/d)

**About the position**

With your team you are re responsible for the design and implementation of the future state organizational capabilities through business process transformation and change management to support the people and to realize the business value. You will execute the business strategy.

Transforming end to end company processes, systems, people competencies and data, your goal is to implement the new capabilities within the regional organizations, delivering the vision and utilizing best practices of how we should operate our company processes in future.

You will work in alignment with the global Business Process transformation team and regional management while reporting to the Head of Digital EMEA.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You will lead and support global and EMEA projects and programs for business process transformation
- For all change activities in the region for programs you are responsible such as ERP replacement and other projects
- You contribute to top and Bottom-line impact through high priority transformation programs together with global business transformation team
- By using new way of working for example you implement a single, standardized set of operating procedures and several fundamental strategic programs
- You will support the ERP team and regional roll out of the global S/4 Hana program and work closely with the Business Solution Delivery team global and in region
- Through an enterprise change management program, you will build change management capabilities in the business and functional units
- You will coach and mentor the EMEA business process transformation team according to the needs of the company

**Your Experience**
- You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field equivalent through experience
- In digital roles as consultant and leading change management you have multiple years of experience
- By managing a portfolio and roadmap of strategic programs, you have proven experience in managing large scale business (strategy) transformations in a global environment of which experience with implementation of SAP or S/4 Hana
- In addition, you have proven leadership in shaping functional and E2E processes vision and strategy and change management
- (B2B) Business and industry expertise preferably in manufacturing industry
- Experience in project management, tools and methodologies such as BPM 2.0, ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes and other communication and visualisation tools are a plus
- With your continuous learning mentality, you are able to see the whole picture with clear vision, strategy and delivery focus to maximize the business value
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
