Zur Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsführung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen eine Assistenz. In dieser vielseitigen und herausfordernden Schlüsselposition fungierst Du als Ansprechperson zwischen Führungskräften, Kolleg: Innen, Kund: Innen und externen Partnern. Du übernimmst die professionelle Organisation und Administration von High-level bis Hands-on rund um das Umfeld der Geschäftsführung.
Du wirst der Held/die Heldin sein, der im Hintergrund arbeitet und die Geschäftsführung in allen Belangen unterstützt. Dabei helfen Dir eine Reihe an Eigenschaften: Dein scharfer Sinn und strukturiertes Problemlösen unter Druck. Die Fähigkeit zukünftige Herausforderungen vorherzusehen und zu lösen. Loyalität. Deine herausragenden Planungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Informationen prägnant zu vermitteln.

Aufgaben
- Du planst eigenständig alle anfallenden Termine sowohl strukturiert als auch effizient und liebst es, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu agieren.
- Du verantwortest neben allgemeinen Sekretariatsaufgaben den internen sowie externen Kommunikationsfluss und bist zentrale Anlaufstelle bei der Vor
- sowie Nachbereitung von Meetings und Veranstaltungen.
- Du rundest den positiven Eindruck des Unternehmens mit deinem professionellen Auftreten ab und hast alle Tricks auf Lager für die perfekte Begrüßung.

Qualifikation
- Du hast deine kaufmännische (oder eine vergleichbare) Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert. Insgesamt achten wir auf die Person die du gerade bist und noch werden kannst
- Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
- Du misst deinen eigenen Erfolg anhand der Produktivität unseres Geschäftsführung. Wenn sie erfolgreich ist, bist Du es auch.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und deine Arbeitsweise ist gekennzeichnet durch ein sehr hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Zielorientierung und Flexibilität.
- Du strahlst mit deinem sicheren Auftritt jederzeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus und überzeugst mit Detailgenauigkeit und höchstem Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit MS-Office-Anwendungen wie Teams, PowerPoint und Outlook.
- Du glaubst, dass jedes Problem eine Lösung hat. Ob interne Probleme, kurzfristige Flug
- oder Reiseabsagen, kurzfristige Vorbereitung externer Kundentermine.
- Vertraulichkeit ist entscheidend. Du wirst hochvertrauliche Informationen mit äußerster Professionalität behandeln.
- Keine Informationen gehen in deinen Händen verloren. Interne Notizen, Memos, administrative To-Do-Listen oder rechtzeitige Buchungen, Reservierungen, Berichterstattung, Statistiken, Präsentationen - du hast alles unter Kontrolle.
- Und zu guter Letzt hast du eine offene Persönlichkeit und Spaß an deiner Arbeit.
