Function Overview:
As part of Global Operations, you’ll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. Role Overview:
As a Refund Operations Executive, you will work with one of our main clients based in Germany. The Refund Operations Executives are the first point of contact for customers regarding tax refunds, providing tax-free support to international tourists.

What you will do:
- Provide Tax-Free Service support to international tourists.- Interact with various tax-free departments as relevant.- Assist the marketing team with coordinating & implementing specific sales/promotional campaigns.- Build relationships with city marketing, etc.- Work on promotional activities for specific events and occasions.- Collect statistics, providing data & detailed information as required.- Collaborate with the client providing ad-hoc support.- Support customers on an on-going basis.

Who you are:
- Proven ability to provide a high standard of service.- Experience working with international customers.- Ability to work independently.- Previously completed tax-free service training.- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or studies.- At least 2 years experience in the retail sector.- Language skills - Fluency in English and basic German are required, any other language skills would be an added advantage.- Open to travel and work at any Planet branch in Germany
