- Serve as the primary point of contact to welcome and greet international shoppers at the refund lounge
- Provide the tourist with full and high-standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
- Assist customers regarding any questions about their tax refunding process to ensure its successful completion:
- Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the local partner on site if required.
- Maintain the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.
- Communicate with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.
- Undertake any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.
Who you are
- Ability to work in customer
- facing roles
- Working experience in a comparable position (luxury hospitality industry) is an asset;
- Experience in cash handling processes.
- Fluency in written and spoken German.
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
- Fluency in Arabic or Chinese is mostly welcomed.
