We are seeking for YOU to enrich our Global HR team, preferred from Dresden or Berlin as a
**Team Lead Global HR Governance (f/m/d)**:
**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The scope of your role as a leader is quite extensive as you are driving the agenda of HR Governance group-wide.
- As an experienced HR Enthusiast, you are leading a team of 3 skilled professionals.
- You will be developing essential HR principles to enhance the success of the VSB Group.
- By purposefully utilising your intercultural competence you are aligning local needs with global standards.
- You are empowering your stakeholders in fundamental HR-related questions.
- As a change agent, your profound understanding in the areas of Compensation & Benefits as well as talent management and acquisition enables you to develop and establish well advised strategies and road maps.
- With a sharpened perspective, you are driving key projects such as the implementation of new HR software.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
- You hold a master's degree in business administration or business psychology and bring at least 7 years of professional practice.
- Within your previous roles you were able to gain in-depth experience in relevant key aspects of HR processes including Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employee / Industrial Relations etc.
- You have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent communication skills verbally and orally in English and German enable you to intentionally interact across multiple hierarchy levels.
- Your strong project management skills allow you to drive success in an international environment.
- Experience in working with employee representative bodies rounds off your profile.
