**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As Vice President Global HR Business Partners - Transformation of Industry, you will lead a team of Global HR Business Partners across various Independently Managed Businesses and drive strategic HR initiatives that support the Business Area “Transformation of Industry”. Your role will be critical in aligning HR strategies with business objectives on a global scale, being the trusted HR Business Partner for the Executive Board Member for the Business Area “Transformation of Industry” as well as the Transformation of Industry Leadership Team.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead a team of Global HR Business Partners, promoting a culture of collaboration, high performance and inclusion. Act as a people manager, leading by example and enable your team members in their partnership with their businesses
- Act as a strategic and sparring partner to Business Area Executive Board Member as well as executive leaders, providing consulting, strategic insights and guidance on all relevant HR topics
- Support development and implementation of global products and programs across all relevant HR areas
- Partner to strategically plan the workforce of the future using Strategic Workforce Planning workforce guidance or KPI’s
- Advise on strategic organizational design and drive the implementation of reorganizations
- Champion talent management and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pool and leadership pipeline and drive global leadership development initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Guide the organization through change, ensuring a smooth transition during transformations
- Collaborate with global talent acquisition to attract and retain top talent worldwide

**What You Bring**
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant experience in a global HR leadership role, preferably in the energy sector
- Worked and/or lived in an international environment
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and cross-cultural leadership aspects
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams in a complex, international environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to build trusting relationships and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to deal with complex business situations in an international team
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
