Wir suchen für unser Team an den Standorten Frankfurt am Main und München eine/n:
**Praktikant*in (m/w/d) People & Transformation (Strategic Communications)**

- & Transformation-Team berät und unterstützt große und kleine Unternehmen mit fundierten und überzeugenden Lösungen in den Bereichen Change Management, Change-Kommunikation, Kulturwandel, HR, Learning & Development und Führung.

DEINE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung der Berater*innenteams in der strategischen Beratung und dem operativen Support von Unternehmen in komplexen Veränderungssituationen, z. B. Merger-Integrationen, Carve-Outs, Transformationen und Restrukturierungen
- Mitwirkung bei Neugeschäftsprozessen und internen Projekten, die unser Team und unsere Practice weiterentwickeln
- Teilnahme und ggfs. Gestaltung von internen Trainings und Knowledge-Sharing-Formaten

DU BRINGST MIT
- Sehr gute Leistungen in einem Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit wirtschafts
- oder kommunikationswissenschaftlichem oder wirtschaftspsychologischem Bezug
- Ggfs. Praktika oder erste Praxiserfahrung in der Unternehmens-, Change
- oder Kommunikationsberatung oder auf Unternehmensseite in den Bereichen Change, Kommunikation oder HR
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke; Flexibilität, auch an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten; Eigeninitiative sowie Bereitschaft zum überdurchschnittlichen Engagement in einem dynamischen, anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld
- Verständnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Lernbereitschaft und Neugierde, hohes Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programme (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Hohe Motivation und Freude an der Arbeit in einem kollegialen, leistungsorientierten Team
