Du entwickelst gerne Konzepte, wie man Neukunden gewinnen, Bestandkunden langfristig halten und 7Mind auf das nächste Level bringen kann?
Du möchtest im Rahmen des Management Circle Strategie
- und Personal-Verantwortung übernehmen und dein 10-köpfiges Team, das die Bereiche Brand, CRM, Content Marketing und Performance Marketing abdeckt, durch deinen zugewandten Leadership-Stil zum Erfolg führen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortest die Themen Brand, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, CRM, Social Media und unterstützt deine Team-Leads dabei ihre Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.
- Du entwickelst den Marketing-Mix von 7Mind weiter und skalierst es sowohl im Web
- als auch Mobile-Bereich.
- Du schaffst eine enge Verzahnung zwischen Performance Marketing und Content Marketing und optimierst unsere SEO-Prozesse.
- Strategische Planung, Verwaltung des Marketing-Budgets und Durchführung von Kampagnen.
- Deine Mitarbeiter zu inspirieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Subscription-Modellen/App-Produkten und im Bereich Performance Marketing.
- Du kennst dich mit Conversion-Funnel-Optimierung (Acquisition bis Monetization), Retention und Pricing aus.
- Du bist ausgesprochen analytisch, strukturiert und zahlenorientiert, kannst KPIs souverän aufsetzen und nachhalten.
- Du hast Führungserfahrung und verstehst dich als People Coach.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

7Mind wurde 2014 an der Uni Witten-Herdecke gegründet, um Meditation und Achtsamkeit mit modernen Angeboten alltagstauglich zu machen.
