Abwechslungsreicher könnte es kaum sein: Sie kommen in eine Umgebung mit zwei Unternehmen an zwei Standorten (Norderstedt und Berlin). Als Leiter/in des Bereichs Controlling sind Sie für das Controlling in beiden Unternehmen (DDent und MeinDentist) an beiden Standorten verantwortlich. Derzeit besteht Ihr Team aus zwei Personen, jeweils einer Person an jedem Standort.

An den Standorten finden Sie sehr unterschiedliche Ausbaustufen des derzeitigen Berichtswesens und eine sehr unterschiedliche Systemlandschaft vor. Beides gilt es zu harmonisieren und den Anforderungen des Konzerns bezüglich Frequenz und Detailtiefe der verfügbaren Daten anzupassen.

Dabei geht es vorrangig um Aufgaben des Business Controllings: operatives Monatsreporting inkl. P&L, Financial and Non-Financial KPI, Ad-Hoc Analysen sowie Planung und Forecasting (P&L). Finance Controlling z.B. von Balance Sheet KPI, Bilanzplanung oder Tax Reporting gehören nicht zum Aufgabengebiet.

Dennoch ist ein gutes Verständnis von Finance / Accounting sinnvoll, um mit den Kolleg/innen in der Buchhaltung auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren und P&L Themen abstimmen zu können.

Natürlich arbeiten Sie sehr viel in Excel. Das Ziel ist es ein für beide Unternehmen nutzbares BI-System auszuwählen und einzuführen, welches das Reporting deutlich vereinfacht und beschleunigt.

Wir suchen eine engagierte, motivierte Person mit einem sehr guten Gefühl für Prozesse und Menschen. Optimaler Weise haben Sie auch bereits Erfahrung im dentalen und/oder medizinischen Bereich sammeln können.

Sie haben ein fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Controlling. Planungs
- / Budgetprozesse sind Ihnen auch aus dem Konzernumfeld bereits bekannt. Auch wenn Sie "das große Rad" drehen können, können Sie auch pragmatisch denken und handeln. Einfache Lösungen liegen Ihnen mindestens genauso gut, wie das Verstehen von komplexen Zusammenhängen. Im Bereich Buchhaltung müssen Sie kein Experte sein, aber ein gutes Grundverständnis hilft Ihnen sehr, mit den Kolleginnen aus dem Accounting effiziente Abstimmungen der Anforderungen abzustimmen.

Grundsätzlich ist wichtig, dass Sie Spaß daran haben bestehende Controlling Strukturen zu hinterfragen und durch kontinuierliches Verbessern zu optimieren. Es gibt viel zu tun, deshalb ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich schnell einarbeiten können und aufgrund Ihrer bisherigen Erfahrungen Wichtiges von Unwichtigem unterscheiden, um zeitnah eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise entwickeln zu können.

Selbstverständlich arbeiten Sie viel mit Excel. Hier sollten Sie sich überdurchschnittlich "fit" fühlen. Das Arbeiten mit Datenbanken bzw. das Denken in Datenbankstrukturen sollte für Sie eine gewohnte Übung sein. Wenn Sie bereits Power-User einer gängigen BI-Software sind, umso besser. Sagen Ihnen die Begriffe ETL oder MDX etwas, noch besser - aber nicht zwangsläufig notwendig.

Diese Stelle umfasst Aufgaben an zwei Standorten, so dass eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit notwendig ist. Ihr Hauptarbeitsplatz kann dabei in Berlin oder Norderstedt / Hamburg liegen. Zum jeweils anderen Standort reichen regelmäßige Tagesreisen aus. Nach erfolgter Einarbeitung können Sie auch regelmäßig teilweise aus dem Home Office arbeiten.

- und Leitungsverantwortung.
