**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Accounting-Teams mit über 15 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Bilanz, G&V sowie Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS für mehrere europäische Tochtergesellschaften
- Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren
- und Hauptbuchhaltung
- Bewertung von Vorräten, Anlagevermögen, Beteiligungen sowie Rückstellungen
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerprüfer und Revisoren
- Klärung von buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen, Automatisierungs
- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Organisationsentwicklung des Teams in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen, gern im internationalen Umfeld
- Führungserfahrung von Teams mit mehr als 10 Mitarbeitenden
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards HGB und IFRS
- Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement (Prozessanalyse, -optimierung, -implementierung)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Auffassungsgabe, souveräne Kommunikation sowie motivierende Führungsstärke
